We use a Julian date and letter to show the year, day of the year, letter of the batch, and production number from when the toy was created.
Our model numbers on the box are a series of letters to show the wood and design. So seeing WTR would mean there is a walnut truck within the box.
We create every toy in our modest workshop in Phoenix, Arizona. We do our best to source our materials and supplies locally to help support our neighbors and their businesses.
Building quality heirloom toys from scratch takes a bit of time. We try to make enough to keep up with demand, but sometimes may fall short. Please know we are diligently working to refill any stock shortages as quickly as possible. We do our best to refill our stock every week. Please check back often to see when your favorite toy is back in stock.
We try to make sure our toys have enough finish on them to look good for a long time. Because we put so much finish on, some of it might get on the packing paper. It is a completely safe and natural finish called Fractionated Coconut oil.
We have tested each design to meet or exceed the rigorous standards of the Consumer Product Safety Commission for children of all ages. While testing does try to simulate real world use, we still strongly encourage adult supervision at all times for children ages newborn to 75 years.
Absolutely! While we are a small handcrafted batch builder, we are able to do some special runs for large orders. Please reach out to Info@weetoys.shop to arrange your order.
We finish every toy in Fractionated Coconut oil. It is an all natural oil that can be found in most health stores these days. However mineral oil or baby oil will work great and be safe too! Just please do not use cooking oils. Cooking oils will cause the toy to smell real funny after a while.
Because the toys are made out of wood, they are effected by temperature and humidity. This can cause a rough spot to appear. Just a quick rub with 600 grit sandpaper will smooth out the rough spot. Any hardware or auto parts store should have that available.
Absolutely! Contact us at info@weetoys.shop and let's hear what you got cooking.
We are always working, dreaming, doodling, and driving nearly everyone around us crazy with ideas. One of these days we're sure a few might make it into production so check back often to see whats new!
